Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cincinnati-Blue Ash at 4660 Creek Road, Blue Ash, Ohio.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the refrigerator worked, and the in room coffee wasn't bad.

The room was very warm, even though we turned the temp down several times. It never came to a comfortable temp.

The toilet barely functioned. Low water pressure, ran non stop unless you giggled the handle and had to call for assistance since it stopped functioning.

When I made the reservation, I was told to put my request for a late check out with the front desk. In all years of traveling, this has never been denied. Recovering from pneumonia, I requested a late check out so I could rest and take my time in the morning. I was promptly and condescengly told, "No." When I asked again, I was given a whole extra hour and no more. That didn't stop housekeeping from trying to enter the room at the normal check out time.

Next time I need a room, it sure won't be at Holiday Inn Express.
